Memasak

There were six groups involved in the memasak, with each group assigned different items to cook. Some of these items included tahu issi, kolak pisang, getuk, kue motel roda, kroket, arem-arem and klepon.

Some of our friends woke up as early as 5.30am on Project Day just to prepare the dishes. Others slept for only 2! hours due to the long cooking process e.g. friends cooking kroket had to wait for the mashed potatoes to cool down before the filling could be put in and fried. Managed to spot their eye-bags?

 

It looks and tastes like Singapore's Bo-Bo-Cha-Cha!! Rasanya manis karena ada pisang kepok! Kolak pisang: A sweet dessert with ingredients such as gula meleka, coconut cream, pandan leaves, water, bananas and sweet potatoes.
